Mentoring the next generation of leaders
About the program
TechLead(H)er is an excellent opportunity for women and girls involved in the ICT sector to develop their management skills, learn from prominent local and international mentors and take their career to the next level. The mentoring program offers professional advice, networking opportunities and career advancement in a variety of areas, including team and entrepreneurial leadership, business development and project products. The program aims to support the sustainable development of ICT in Kosovo by empowering women and girls in leadership positions.
This program was inaugurated on March 8, 2023. More than 100 candidates responded to the call for applications, of which, during an advanced selection process, 44 candidates were selected.
