The TechLead(H)er mentoring program for 2025 is designed to equip participants with key skills in digital leadership and entrepreneurship, integrating technology, innovation, and emotional intelligence for success in the digital age.

1. Module 1: Digital Leadership and Emotional Intelligence
   

   Goal: To develop leadership skills, team management, and emotional intelligence to create successful leaders in the digital era.
