Our Mission
The mission of the "ICT Project-& Product Management" SIG is to advance the knowledge and skills of product project management at the country level.
About ICT Project-& Product Management
Project- and Product Management are two very important disciplines for the success of projects and entrepreneurship. This SIG will support the advancement of the project-, product-, program- and portfolio management profession.
In the framework of this SIG, the members of SHPIK will have the opportunity to address many different aspects of these professions through networking, discussions and interaction.
Our focus
We are the SIG that connects the community of practitioners of the AGILE philosophy and the SCRUM and PMP methodology from Kosovo and the region. Part of this community are Scrum Masters, agile coaches, product and project managers, portfolio managers and aspiring professionals, who support each other on practical issues from the field of business agility to agile product development.
Our goals are:
- Promotion of project, team and product management professions in Kosovo
- Identifying the challenges of these professions and offering solutions
- Promotion of best practices from this field
- Raising management capacities in our country
- Improving quality in project planning and implementation
- Improving planning accuracy
- Awareness and training about planning
- Certification of skills
To achieve our goals, the members of this SIG will have the opportunity through various events to:
- debate current topics in this field with local and international professionals
- to organize trainings
- exchange their experiences and knowledge
- promote good practices
- identify the challenges of the profession and devise relevant solutions
- to support private-public institutions in the compilation of relevant policies

Steering Committee
The Steering Committee of the SIG "SHPIK - Management" is composed of members of this SIG, who wish, through their voluntary commitment to contribute to the realization of the objectives and mission of this SIG.
The SIG Steering Committee is expected to meet on a weekly basis to provide direction to the SIG.

The SIG Steering Committee is expected to meet on a weekly basis to provide SIG leadership and budget planning.
The operational responsibility of the tasks of the SIG rests with the leadership team and the administration of SHPIK.
