The mission of SHPIK is to empower the ICT community in Kosovo and the successful digital transformation of our society.
You can become a member of SHPIK by following these steps:
Through their membership in SHPIK, ICT pupils and students will benefit from the possibility of internships and project-based learning, which will be organized with SHPIK member businesses and a wide network of partner organizations. In regular periods SHPIK, in cooperation with partners, will publish calls for pupils and students for internships and volunteer work on various projects. Such projects are very important for the first steps in the career of young people because they enable them to be equipped with the skills and experiences necessary for work and life.
Any individual aged 14 years or older, as well as any organization (excluding competitive organizations or such, which the board of SHPIK considers inappropriate, due to their dubious activity or corrupt and distorting practices) have the right of membership in SHPIK, registered in the country or abroad. To register, you must accept the Code of Ethics and Professional Practice, Terms of Membership, and pay the membership fee.
Trajnimet.info is the platform that contains updated information about all ICT training in the country. Trajnimet.info is publicly accessible. SHPIK training centers will be able to update their training offers free of charge.
SHPIK will promote the trainings.info platform on all local TVs and portals.
To register for on an event, you need to open the SHPIK events website (https://events.shpik.org/) and then click the Register button.
If you don't see the Register button, then that training is only specific to a certain group (SIG), so you need to register with SHPIK and then become a member of that SIG and then you can register.
Special Interest Group/s (SIGs) are organizational units within SHPIK, created as a community within, with a common interest to advance a specific field of knowledge, learning, or technology, where members will collaborate to produce solutions within their field.
SHPIK particularly encourages applications in new and developing fields. The main objective of all SIGs is to promote cooperation and open exchange between SHPIK members.
Rekrutimi.COM is the specialized platform of SHPIK in mediating work and professional practice for pupils and students of ICT profiles/programs as well as for enthusiasts/autodidacts. Registration at Rekrutimi.COM for young people is free, while substantial discounts will be offered to SHPIK member businesses.
