Presenting a vision of empowerment
At the center of the visits was the presentation of the mission of SHPIK. During the visits, representatives of SHPIK articulated the commitment of the organization to support students on multiple fronts.
The mission included several main pillars such as:
Free Training: SHPIK will provide free training that enhances the technical and soft skills of students. These training sessions aim to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical applications, empowering learners with the skills required by the job market.
Career guidance: Recognizing the importance of making informed career choices, SHPIK is committed to providing career guidance advice to students. Expert insights and personalized counseling will help students align their academic pursuits with their future aspirations.
Practical work opportunities: SHPIK’s partnership with vocational schools presents the possibility of practical work experiences for students. This exposure enables them to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios, thereby increasing their confidence and competence.
